2 years agoFamily member was there for respite, and I could not praise them enough. From the moment you walk in, you have a warm greeting, and the place is homely. There are resident pets there that make it just that much more special. The staff are wonderful, they made me feel at ease leaving her there and she enjoyed her time and often talks about the friends made while staying there. 😊 The staff are amazing. Thank you

4 years agoVery disappointed with management very very poor. Never got updated reports on mum. Took out her teeth and misplaced them, missing jewellery All the manager did was change the story and lie . Care very average. Feel sorry for the staff as very under staffed. Needs updating in all areas including there computers. Lack of communication between staff. I’d really think twice before putting your loved one into this place 👎

3 years agoWow, what can I say. Waverley has given my beautiful mum a new lease on life. Right from management to her every day carers, nurses etc. Even with dementia she is living her best life. Soo much respect and fun. She is living her best life. I soo did my homework, Waverly won first hand. Thankyou soo much to you all, Looking after the most precious in our family. Xxxx

8 years agoAverage care. Poor quality of registered staff. Very small rooms. Needs upgrading. Poor laundry service. Never answer their phones they always have the fax machine switched on.
