3 years agoI highly recommend Steve and Viv Foster of Hawkes Bay Gas Services. Our Gas Stove Top was nearing the end of its life. My husband contacted Steve who came to our rescue. Steve gave us sound advice and with skill and efficiency he installed a new Gas Stove Top which we are delighted with. Thankyou Steve and Viv. 7 years agoAs the Service Manager of Rinnai NZ Ltd I would like to include my comments about the review Hawkes Bay Gas Services received from Mr Minton. Hawkes Bay Gas Services acted in a professional and prompt manner to attend Mr Minton’s hot water issue under the direction of Rinnai NZ Ltd of whom Mr Minton made the call too. It is unfortunate that the identifying fault ended up being a plumbing issue and not an appliance issue. Hawkes Bay Gas Services acted in good faith and a service was provided. If it was an appliance fault and it was under warranty, Rinnai NZ Ltd would have fixed the issue with no cost to Mr Minton.

6 years agoHave received consistently prompt and good quality service from HBGS. HBGS installed gas hotwater systems in two of our properties and this was done efficiently and to a high standard. We have had no problems with the install and operation after 12 months (so far) of use. HBGS also completed the required gas and plumbing work after a kitchen refit. This was completed quickly and to a high standard. We have been really pleased with the work done. Highly recommended.
