9 years agoon the 29th of February 2015 my wife and I bought a 3 year old G J, home in Hastings, shortly after moving in we discovered a damp patch on the carpet in the spare bedroom, a plumber discovered that a nail had gone through the heat pump overflow pipe when house was built,on contacting Grant Lee, of G.J. Gardner Homes the house was put to rights, plumbing, wallboard, painting, and new carpet, thanks Grant and G.J.Gardner,s for a job well done. Trevor and Heather Aitcheson, Hastings.
