3 years agoTrish, Adam and the staff are the most amazing people caring for the elderly residents. My Dad recently stayed here at Kowhainui as a resident. The staff are very freindly, out going, helpful and caring. They made my Dads stay the best it could possibly be. They even made him laugh. I highly recommend Kowhainui.

5 years agoStaff not helpful when I call about my mother. Unable to answer questions in regards to number off falls and skin tears and abscess(3 phones calls) Was told even as on contact list they still didnt need to discuss my mother's situation as not first contact. Different story's and answers from there different calls. Manager only reads reports weekly so unable to help aswel.
