a year agoThey cared for my father in the final years of his life and he was treated with dignity and respect by the caring staff. I really appreciate that on the day of his passing they lit a candle for him and were compassionate people towards us. Several of the staff became trusted carers in his final years. If anyone is looking for a care home for an elder family member where they will treat them well, this is that place.

2 months agoWhen my dads wife my mum spent the most wonderful years there until her passing last Christmas Eve the staff were so loving and supportive kind and caring they even put a white cloth on her bed with some beautiful flowers on top they so understood what we were going through so if ever you need a rest home for a loved one then I and dad highly recommend Poneke house.
