Oxford Court Resthome

Thank you so much to Oxford Court for going above and beyond for caring for my mum. She was so well taken care of by the staff and ontop of that made such great friends.

Great place for dad he has been having issues with his heart, and I appreciate the facility taking care of him.

I visit weekly to my 92yr old friend, I noticed she had a chesty cough which she had for 3 weeks then ended up in hospital where she is at the moment with pneumonia! I know they are losing staff at the moment but that is no excuse, if can notice this in my 1 visit a week the staff must, it's not good enough they pay a lot to stay there and be cared for

The receptionist Emma is delightful and genuine. She shows you around and the building appears lovely. Though if you're in the cheap upstairs rms I asked about fire response. Not entirely comforting. However my husband is in a rm downstairs. This gives him lovely, caring, experienced staff and a better fire plan. Lovely garden and deck. Update. As his health deteriorated, staff were very supportive, and treated us like family. Thank you to all who made his last days as comfortable as possible. A special mention to Janet, the senior nurse for all her support. But to everyone, my sincere appreciation. I know you are short staffed and overworked. I wish you all the best!

A great rest home lovely staff and an amazing friendly feel about the place. The residents also seem to be a happy lot especially at happy hour,!! I will always be gratefull for the excellent way in which they cared for my mother.
