a month agoThey great people out doing the cleaning,thank you, But the office staff are terrible they haven't any idea how run the place they have missed us out three times, today i had ring three times to find out if some one was coming not good enough

3 years agoStaff are generally very good, management and scheduling leave a lot to be desired. More than once my parents carers have simply not arrived and nobody has informed them that nobody would be coming.

a year agoThe helpers are lovely when they come but there are not enough of them and my fortnightly care is quite regularly reduced to monthly.
