Disgusting level of care and disregard for residents' safety and comfort. Central heating discontinued, and no room heating provided. Staffing levels reduced to bare minimum. Resident's medications not provided in a timely fashion. A new resident was admitted with "spots" and allowed to roam freely before a definitive diagnosis, with the result being that others caught scabies. Appalling!!! Avoid at all costs. What are you paying for? Sub-standard care, lack of care and concern, and poor safety.

Disgusting provider. I've asked for my family members financial information 5 times, and they refuse to give it to me. But keep bleeding money out of his account. Seems to be a case of get them in, take the money, and it will be what it it is. Be aware !

At a time when residents are literally waiting to die, you prevent them from seeing loved ones. 2 people can visit per week, separately, for 30 mins per visit. So a wife can see her husband one hour a week and if there is more than one child, just half an hour. All visitors have to take RAT test at the door and be vaxxed, so let these poor old people see their family!!! People like this need human contact and to know they are loved at the end. Cruel to prevent visitation!! Don't put your loved one here 😢
