3 years agoIn recent years the care and friendliness of Windsor has diminished greatly. It used to be friendly & welcoming but not now. I would never place a family member here ever again under any circumstances. Some of the management are unorganised & uncaring. The actual carers do their best so it's not their fault, it rests with management. Considering how expensive this care is the food & care is not to standard. Shame on you for making elderly people feel unwanted. Couldn't even organise the basic day to day matters. Stressful & not a good experience at all. 1 Star is what you deserve.

a year agoAlways warm, inviting and light atmosphere when I visit. Rooms are reasonable size & well presented. Staff are always smiling, helpful and welcoming.

2 years agoWe have a family member now in Windsor Park.I've found management and staff to be attentive kind and caring.Its a great environment and i love that they have an open door policy.Very grateful to them.
