6 months agoVery confusing policy. Unable to get refund for donations due to hardship as "they don't do that" even though they say they do. Also was under the impression the lowest i could donate when 40 but as of today can apparently be 10 dollars a month. After reading more of ihc really isn't a place I'd support in the least especially after the people they support do not rate ihc. Can definitely see how the most vulnerable find them untrustworthy

6 years agoShocking management skills..double standards and an organization that I would never ever place a vulnerable person in! Has a very bad history of staff treatment and well deserved!!
