a week agoWe chose Rowena Jackson rest home after having it recommended by several people for the care of my elderly mother who had a stroke while in hospital at Easter and who had cancer, the care my mother received while only in for a short time here was exceptional,I can't speak highly enough of the way mum was treated, the food was lovely and the staff so caring and attentive, the RNs and caregivers are lovely , special thanks to Grace and Litelle amongst others, but all were amazing, sadly mum has just passed away, the dignity and respect they afforded mum as she left their care was heart warming in such sad circumstances,Thank you Rowena Jackson and all your Staff ,you are amazing

a year agoVery rude Indian receptionist, had a mate that got accepted and went for the induction, but the very ignorant lady receptionist said and I quote “we don’t recruit off the street” and when I heard that, I was outraged. That is just downright disrespectful and very unprofessional in my opinion, for a such a “care” home to have staff treating others like that doesn’t sit well with me. I can only imagine how they treat the residents there. Very disrespectful and unprofessional, such a disappointment for place to have our elders to live in. Where has the respect gone when treating others @Rowena Jackson.
