a year agoHave been a part of the family for around 5 plus years - one of the modern facilities in the region offering great services with a mix of Rest home , Dementia and Hospital level service . The facility also has positive atmosphere overall and the staff are fantastic! Nurses on board 24*7 with professional expertise. Not to mention Radius has lots to offer with activities , outings and quality meals on site.

2 years agoThe only good thing about this place were the carers, fabulous. Please be aware of the hidden costs here. Once you give them permission to DD watch out. You bank account will be stripped and put into OD. Also room rates which are gst included, end up with a 12.9% gst added on top as well. Thankfully we have moved to a much better well organised and friendly home.
