Not happy with The O t team from the hospital, it is all about money, not about the patient. I find it odd that an O T knows more than an orthopedic surgeon .Access invercargill management were rude and did not listen to what the patient had to say.They are just ticking box's for their jobs

Overall unsatisfactory experience with lack of communication: 0800 number not answered, voice messages not responded to and emails ignored by the Community Registered Nurse/Co-ordinator in Invercargill office. Coming out of Respite care with broken arm, mother had no support for 2 days from Access despite being covered under ACC. Very unprofessional and Support Workers also not able to communicate to Access and the client when unable to fulfil shifts - which may well result in a fatality. Would definitely not recommend Access for home-based healthcare.

A professional organisation thats main focus is to provide in home care for the aged and care for people with disabilities or special needs. Access have been providing services for many years and work closely with agencies like ACC and WINZ.

I am a client and I give them this mark for having such shocking communication. And the carers are left in the dark too. I'm just a name on a file in their computer.

Ummm. CHAOS reigns and nobody gets wet. Inconsistency is the operative word. Only the clients suffer.
