4 months agoOne of my friends family members are currently staying here for respite care and his needs are quite high this rest home i believe some of the works are not the greatest get to the rest home and they haven't changed him when he has being wet throw or haven't put him in his wheelchair properly you ring the bell for assistance and it takes at least 30 minutes for carers to come this rest home I would not recommend

5 years agoWe are coming up 2 years since Dad was in your care. He was cared for in the most respectful and caring ways. Each and every staff member went over and above. Of course he had his favourites but we cannot fault his care and compassion to him. I am so grateful to all staff as in his own way he would have been truely grateful. 6 years agoYestrrday my mum passed away after over 18 months in Thornleigh. The staff were absolutely amazing, they made mum feel like she was at home with her family. There are too many of you to name so a masdive thanks for being like our extended family. I wish i could rate you any higher than a 5 star because service wise should be at least 100. Love you all xx
