I find the organization extremely difficult to deal with and communication with Sonam Kumar, my mother's care coordinator is inconsistent and she lacks empathy and understanding. The information I see is always conflicting which at the end of the day is causing our family a great deal of stress.

3 years agoTo try to make contact to inform the team of any information is beyond frustration. My dearest mother is mucked around endlessly, she ends up in tears often. Surely some other provider can at least answer the phone
