3 years agoAfter the home in Stratford, Marire suddenly closing and having to find a new home for our mother, contacted Marinoto Rest Home, we were lead to believe there was a vacancy but they needed to go through the applications and come to a decision. Assured we would be contacted in the near future, we weren’t. So rang the home to be told, there are no vacancies at the moment. If we had not rung we would be none the wiser. We feel this is probably a good thing as they obviously don’t really abide by their duty of care and do not treat their elderly with the respect they deserve. Having to explain this to our 90 year old mother was a very stressful time. Not impressed at all.
