Arvida Cascades

My parents recently moved into Cascades. I can't speak highly enough of the staff and management, they have all been so kind and welcoming . The home always feels clean and tidy with a lovely atmosphere and nice surroundings. I highly recommend this home for your loved one .

My Nana had been at Arvida Cascades Permanently for a year before she passed. She really loved it there. All of the staff were so kind and caring to her. We found them amazing to deal with. They always kept us well informed and updated us as much as possible. The rooms were very tidy and well maintained and the meals were really good. Visiting was always very easy and they didn't have set times which we had to abide too. I would def recommend Arvida to anyone looking at going into a rest home or respite care. Thank you for looking after our Nana so well :)

My mother was as Cascades for the last 3 months of her life in hospital level care and the care she received was excellent. The care staff were lovely, attentive and calm and never rushed mum. The meals were a step above, and it is nice that residents are given an option between two meals. The environment was always clean and the staff were welcoming and always kept me informed of anything I needed to know. I would recommend Cascades to any family needing care for their loved ones.

Mum came to Cascades, firstly for respite care and then moved in as a resident a few months ago. The staff have been wonderful, helping to make her feel comfortable and supported. They have taken the time to get to know her and she has quickly made friends with them and the other residents. She enjoys the activities and the high teas are a real favourite. The meals are certainly very nice. Visitors are always welcome and we are kept up to date on any medical matters which is reassuring. Thank you for taking such good care of our Mum.

Our very good 55yr old friend had suffered a stroke and was in Cascades for only 10 days before he sadly passed away. The staff at Cascades were amazing, so friendly and welcoming. Our friend had a lot of friends who called in to visit him and we were never rushed out or made to feel like we weren't welcome. Cascades is very clean, with beautiful gardens and views etc, unfortunately he didnt get to enjoy all those. The staff were really respectful and caring after he passed as well, setting up a memorial for him and farewelling him as he left the building. I would definitely recommend Cascades to anyone wanting a clean welcoming environment for their loved one.
