3 months agoFriday 10.30 am rang and had the account details txt to me at 10.33 I paid by 10.35 the lady said they will watch for receive money before they deliver the kai.the details that were told to me they wait for the money to show before they have someone deliver . it's now Monday 9.21 am and have been calling and calling without any answer and it just cancels the call once it's rung for 10 mins non stop. We are hungry I am wondering if I do hear back... And if not how many families have lost our on $5 and just donated for someone else to receive and not our own families. No lunch for the kids to take to school. Had to get wof and second opinion wof due to first place telling me my car was a deathtrap second place found no issues. I spent $140 on wof and these guys can't even provide a same day service especially knowing Friday is detrimental for families to have kai over the weekend they should be doing everything in their power to meet each demand on a Friday and if they can't DON'T GIVE YOUR CLIENTS FALSE HOPE THEY GETTING FEED THAT DAY!! BE CLEAR AND TELL US THERES A DAY OR TWO WAIT TIME 9.31 I made it through the lady was extremely rude she said she tells everyone that if there is a volunteer in the area or someone available to deliver then that will be done she also didn't mention on Friday I would most likely not receive it. Today she tells me she did. Then she proceeded to explain Wednesday delivery day..and heaps of others before me . this seems unfair because I never knew on Friday and would have attempted elsewhere had I been shared this information. Today she still could not tell me when and if I would get some food before Wednesday.. I told her since Friday no kai and if I have to wait till Wednesday could I get my $5 back she instantly yip send us ur bank details and we will remove your request.. yet it says the txt number isn't monitored how are they to pay me back if they don't look for my txt bank details?? Rude and not running the way a public service should.

a week agoPretty disappointed told them that I was gluten free and the majority of it wasn't. I had to give the majority of it away because I couldn't eat it.
