Access Community Health

Very unreliable and disorganised company who over a period of 6 weeks cleaned 3 times instead of 6. As a result I had a second accident trying to do my own work. I told many people many times the days I am NOT available and they consistently came on those days and therefore are being paid for work NOT being done. NO Communication No coordination. Do NOT use this organisation .

My wife was discharged from Tauranga with out diagnosis after 10 days of 4 or 5 seizures a day and was told that Acess Community Health would be able to help us with 6 weeks of home care. Well three weeks after being discharged from hospital and numerous phone calls was told someone would come and help. The lady who was assigned was very pleasant and did the job well. After the third week she did not come for the balance of appointments. After calling Access I was told that the facility had been taken off the list and we needed to call DHB. Where we were told the facility had been withdrawn as Access were short staffed and more urgent needs were a priority....I can understand this but for Acess to not call and tell us of this adjustment is I think poor business practise.

To the ladies who helped care for my husband Rocky I cannot thank you enough for the tenderness and care given, Jess, Amanda and the other ladies you will never be forgotten...God Bless 😘😘😘
