Avoid if you can. Carer's just don't show up, or show up hours late, they stand there on their phone watching as someone writhes on the floor in agony, they can't seem to be able to understand simple requests or understand when someone needs help, unable to clean a kitchen or make a bed or hang washing up leaving the elderly/unwell person to do it themselves. When you call to enquire why the carer is late they hang up on you. When you complain, they hang up on you and push for inadequate carer's to continue to be provided. The whole system needs a huge overhaul. Disgusting service.

Very helpful and much needed, three ladies have given assistance after I had a painful fall. It takes two weeks to set up the help ,sometimes no help available when most needed.

I will change this if things improve. Out dated systems, hard to contact and lucky dip on who you get each week. I must say the last couple months have improved however going off the previous year of assistance and inconvenience i wont hold my breath. IRD answers the phone faster than these guys...

If you need home help a strongly recommend finding another company.way to many problems to list here but i will say ive had a few different providers contracted to me and with out a doubt this company is well below the standard. The management team is so useless its painful Home help more like home inconvenience
