a year agoThey often don't answer thier phone. So you leave a message as thier phone line suggests... except they never phone you back and don't seem to check them. I have a scheduled time with a specific support worker for good reason and it's documented. But when it suits them, they change the time and support worker with absolutely no warning or communication...with random people turning up at completely different days and/or times. And I've caught them out lying on multiple occasions. Do not waste your time with this place

5 years agoPersonally I can not understand after being with Aurora Health Centre for over 5 year's ,the lack of suitable Doctors making diagnostic comments on scanty information. Given the fact recently discovered they failed to have my notes to refer too?

3 years agoWe had one lady come out for home care and she went looking through our fridge for a pen, A PEN, in the fridge. Come on! Every time we try calling they always hang up on us!
