4 years agoOne of the best care centres we have dealt with. Our family member was there through daycare, respite care and then in the hospital wing permanently until our family member got their own wings and throughout all of that time we have found the staff so wonderful to deal with (apart from the odd one or two but management were wonderful to deal with they listened and acted accordingly very quickly and it was only those individuals not the place itself ) the only complaint our family member had (which seemed to be echoed by quite a few people over the years) was the food could be better quite often simple things were undercooked or really overcooked compared to alot of other places but like our family member said at least everyone was being fed but some love in the food would just make it just that much nicer :-). Highly recommend this place if your looking for a place for your family member. Thank you to all of the staff that looked after our family member one way or another.

5 years agoVisited my brother ,John for the first time since he moved in. He is very happy and relaxed. Staff are really nice and he is enjoying taking part in all the activities available. I feel a lot happier now that I have seen where he is and how he is doing.

a year agoThe place where fast forward the end of life of your loved ones by disrespect, careless, torture, abuse- physical, mental, emotional and verbal. The manager is the angel ofl death. She's incompetent in managing the center but pathological liar. Rethink before you admit your loved one before admitting. You'll agree on this comment if you do regular and random visits.
