3 years agoOutstanding! As soon as you walk in the door staff are smiling and happy. Doctors and nurses are very experienced and make you feel welcomed 👍🏽💯 Was given a Covid care package along with new towels and a blanket! Never have I ever had a service like this 😃 Nga mihi

11 months agoReception staff are now awesome and very approachable. Very accommodating for our children. Doctors and nurses are great. I would recommend a better phone in/booking system, have to leave a message and if you miss a call back it’s a game of phone tag often.

11 months agoWe were with Whakapai Hauora for a few years and I highly rate them, especially for babies/children. They were so on to it when it came to sending out notifications, booking appointments were super easy, and I really felt a lot of aroha coming from the receptionist, and the nurses and doctors that we came in contact with. We've since moved out of Palmy, but when it comes to finding a GP where I live, Whakapai Hauora has set the standard.
