3 years agoHave been shopping at Four Square for 15 years. Today I asked for change for $10 from my purchase in two $5 notes. The store person was rude and told me bluntly no, and said he doesn't have any $5 notes. His cash register was open, and I could see a thick pile of $5 notes. Is it too much to ask one tiny favour for 15 years of supporting your store? Apparently, yes. And I have never asked for specific change before after 15 years of shopping there. That shows you that they don't appreciate their customers and they are liars. I will make sure I never purchase anything from your store again.
