3 months agoI have been coming to Brown Street store for a number of years, dispite the store having changed hands when we moved away it is still a great store. The owner operator is very friendly. Great for a sweet treat or milk even a lovely treat from their pie warmer.

4 months agoAlways very good mannered staff ect but I have to say that I had purchased a sandwich from here and honestly it was NOT fresh, I threw it out because it was disgusting. Please be more careful with food preparation and chilling item's correctly, wasn't very impressed at all. Please don't say it's unlikely it wasn't fresh? It clearly wasn't. not to good too deny a customers legitimate claims. I should have returned it but I was in a hurry to get to an appointment. Thanks for the offer of a refund or replacement.

6 years agoUnfortunately I was overcharged by $22.50, when i phoned up I was told to come in the next morning and my refund would be sorted. When i arrived the next morning the cashier insisted on telling me he had no time to sort it out, despite the fact I was the only customer in the shop. Then went on to tell me I would have to return later when the cashier who served me would be on. With the lack of customer service and resolution, I am very disappointed.
