We ordered product from the information counter. Macey you made our purchase so easy and simple. Your happy attitude and friendly banter was awesome. You were a delight to deal with. Macey you get all the ticks from us and look forward to doing further business with you.

Recent trip was almost a fail as I rung ahead to see if they had a certain item in stock so I wouldn't waste my time getting into town as im in a wheelchair. They said this item they had in stock so we went in within 10 mins only to be told they couldn't find any of this item. I was quite peeved but the manager gave us an upgrade and charged us the price of the original. They were so apologetic and helpful.

Waited and waited and waited! Staff wandered passed but no one stopped to offer assistance. Rang the bell x2, spoke to the lovely woman at the check out counter who called for assistance x2. Nothing! Nearly ready to leave when someone finally came. Was not impressed!

Pre ordered and drove down from New Plymouth to collect as they had the things I needed, and they were super helpful when I discovered I’d ordered the wrong thing, swapping it out for the right one for me. Both staff members I dealt with were really helpful, and did a great job.

Amazing service by the lady with colored hair in the paint section. Helpful in finding products fast and has a great knowledge of products supplied. Highly appreciated and recommended.
