I’d like to express my sincere gratitude to Gabriel and Shaun. They provided exceptional service this morning, helping me with a smooth swap of a faulty item. Their assistance was truly commendable, and I would rate their service a solid 5 stars.

Awesome store for Wellington Central. Not the perfect location for driving in, but fantastic for those already living in the city. Normal Bunnings prices, plenty of stock, although still somewhat less than a full sized store.

Could be so much better – especially for the rapidly growing number of inner city dwellers. Made a friendly suggestion to the manager and got a passive aggressive response. Lyall Bay staff much better – though a pity to have to drive out there if you live in town.

Great place for all things DIY. Has everything from stuff for your bathroom, lighting, paints, heaters, etc. Prices are reasonable. If you can locate staff on the floor, they are very helpful and friendly. But they seem to be few around and I’m always having to hunt someone down- maybe under staffed? There is also a small plant section on the first floor. Location is great as I’m always popping by while doing multiple errands in town. There’s parking at front entrance and an excellent affordable key cutting service!!!- first key is free, only costs $6+ for the second key :)

omg i needed to buy so much wood and luckily Morgan was there to help me! she even gave me kisses sloppy style afterwards. amazing service 100000/10
