2 months agoI wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this facility. My grandad sent himself here in his last month of his life and was treated horribly. Left in his mess for hours, left on the toilet and fell off, nurses being rough as guts with him. Would like to note one particular nurse was appalling! After being called in to the room to change him turned his alarm off and stated “I’ll change him later”. We pulled her up and told her he wanted to be changed now. She was not happy about that and I could hear my grandad being pushed around. I do want to note my grandad did state the Filipino ladies and the young male African attendees were very attentive but it doesn’t make up for the lack of care from the others. Have complained formally and was told we made it up. Avoid like the black plague.

7 years agoHome for four years for my mother in law with Alzheimers. The staff are wonderful and the place is clean and well run. A lot of the staff go above and beyond. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place.
