Bupa St Andrews Care Home

My mother lived at Bupa St Andrews care home since the day it was opened and she passed away last October. Heremena was manager then and she is still managing very well with her great team. My mother was looked after with lots of love and dignity till her last breath. Her cultural values were well respected. Our concerns were listened and taken care well. Whenever I was in overseas, the staff made an extra effort to make video calls and kept the connection with me and my mother. This facility and the team has got a very strong and special place in my heart.

BUPA St. Andrews provides a cozy and friendly environment for their residents. Their managers are very helpful and friendly. The care staff are very caring and genuine. They even have special access to certain services that some nursing homes may not have such as on-site physiotherapist, GP's and audiologist (hearing), etc that makes things more helpful for their residents.

From the moment I looked at this Care Home as a possible optionfor my husband, I was impressed with the general friendliness, the evidence of care and concern for the residents and the spotlessness of the facility. Since his move here I have seen this in action daily. Everyone is known by name and residents ( and their visitors) are interacted with by all staff. My commendations too, to the catering staff. The meals are well planned, are palate-temptingly attractive, varied and nutritious. A caring, nurturing environment allowing residents to live their best life.
