a year agoI have been to this op shop many times when we visit Queenstown but was so disgusted by the treatment a lovely young girl encountered today when trying to give donations of three bags of clothes. Because she had brought them in in black rubbish bags the volunteer was so rude to her telling her that she would be better to take them to Sallies. She told her if they were good quality they wouldn’t be in rubbish bags!! How ridiculous.she didn’t even bother to look in the bags. I take my donations to the op shops in clean rubbish bags all the time and they are always good quality. How rude of her to assume this. I realise people dump rubbish off to op shops that cost the shops money to dispose of but to assume this and humiliate the girl like that was just so out of order.

a year agoTwo lovely ladies working there helped me find a suitcase and pointed me in the directions of some beautiful cardigans. Very helpful. Nice items. Hope to visit again.

10 years agoThis cute shop is full of interesting and useful stuff for life. The staff are friendly and it has a fresh fun feel about it. A must see and visit when in Frankton. I will certainly visit and shop here often.
