I would recommend Care on Call Auckland 100%. They selected the perfect team of 6 carers for mum's 24/7 recovery needs, including taking care of all medications. Mum was nervous about it at first but now loves them all and is grateful for the follow-up from management and the very diligent Registered Nurse. I highly recommend Care on Call. I have been receiving care from the Auckland branch for over 2 years now. My caregiver, Nancy, is the best home help provider I have ever had and I am going into my 5th year being disabled and having home help. I am a RN and specialize in Critical Care and I have worked with many healthcare professionals in my lifetime and I have to say that Nancy has impressed me beyond anything I am able to convey in words. Thank you so much for sending her to me, she is such a blessing. I also wanted to say thank you to each and every caregiver I have had through Care on Call as well as to Monica and Yulia who keep up with all of the paperwork and scheduling at the Auckland office and to Kate the Coordinating Registered Nurse who made sure that I would have everything needed through a detailed care plan. Care on Call AUCKLAND TEAM has saved my life. As a 45yr old Single Professional Multi tasking Woman never imagined that the incredible Auckland Team could SAVE me and mum's life. I am still looking after my beautiful 80yr old mum at home who suffers from really bad Frontal Dementia for the last 5yrs. I thought I could do it all.... but reality... no... I needed help.
