a year agoVery poorly communication we warn this lady do not pet our dog about 5times and when we sat down she pet him when we said not to pet him and she only did a 5 min work vacuum my room and made my bed and my dog didn't even bite or nip you know how I know that because his nip/bites hurt he only nudged her is she in hospital no? We won't be using them again! I do not recommend that after he nudged her she went to go and pet him again I felt her Aura it wasn't good I swear she did it on purpose because I know my dog didn't bite her or nipped her because she wasn't hurt when she left she was absolutely fine and she should know better because she has a dog of her own very disappointed in this her!!!

10 months agoHorrible experience with care on call. A worker stole several thousands of dollars worth of jewelry from myself and my husband, yet care on call are doing absolutely nothing about it. This makes me very sad as they are supposed to be looking after me not stealing off me!

9 months agoDo not use care on call. There staff steal from the elderly and cause you can't prove it they want nothing to do with you. Although they are the only people to come into our house. Probably 30 grands of jewelry gone missing over a course of time. DO NOT ALLOW THEM INTO YOUT HOUSE

5 years agoWe have been contracting Care on Call for a number of years, on a casual basis, to care for our adult son with disabilities. Care on Call office staff go out of their way to organise help for us - even at short notice, they work hard to shuffle rosters to meet our needs. The staff are friendly, obliging and communicative, and we are most grateful for their help and support. The visiting carers have invariably been punctual, professional, skilful and caring. In particular, they have been able to engage meaningfully with our son, allowing us the full sense of respite, knowing that our son is being well cared for.
