Chemist Warehouse Auckland – Lower Queen St

I had already bought sore throat medication at a nearby supermarket and went into this pharmacy to find antihistamines. At the entrance, I asked the cashier if I could bring the medication I’d already purchased with me or leave it at the counter while I looked around. She seemed either annoyed or confuse, possibly due to a language barrier, and told me I couldn't do either. She said if I entered, I would have to pay for everything, even what I had brought from elsewhere. Absolutely unacceptable. One of the worst customer service experiences I've had.

The shop offers a wide range of products at competitive prices, and currently, many items are on discount, making it a great time to buy. The store is well-organized, so it’s easy to find exactly what you need.

These staff were the nicest and most helpful people i have ever encountered. Me and my friends were scared of some people following us so we made the decision to go into the shop and the staff were so helpful to make sure we could get out there and to our destination safely. Give these guys a pay raise!!!!

I just went for some shopping, it’s said on the promotion if you purchase for $99 you will get a beauty bag, however i spending $107 and got nothing ,asked they staff and he said the bag has sold out. Then why your speaker still saying that if your bags has sold out

Thomas is such a responsible, and helpful pharmacist. Lots of care to make sure we understand the usage and instructions of our prescription’s. Very rare to see so much care these days. Definitely a highlight to Chemist Warehouse!
