Absolutely unacceptable experience today. I was looking for a product that was sold out on the shelf. I asked a female staff member nearby, and she told me to check with a man who was restocking — he appeared to be Middle Eastern. His response? “There is nothing in stock, it’s Sunday!” delivered with a completely dismissive, arrogant attitude. Is this how your store treats customers? No effort to check, no interest in helping, no respect. I don’t believe for a second that the stockroom was empty — he just didn’t want to help. His tone made me feel belittled, like he thought he was better than me. The service was disgraceful. This level of disrespect and laziness is unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed and will never be returning.

On several occasions I’ve been to the deli, the young girls have been cleaning and I’ve ordered olives, they have used the same cleaning gloves to reach into the olives to grab them. Please teach the concept of cross contamination and suggest the use of a spoon. The first time I pulled the girl up on it and she responded ‘ohhh the spoons are clean’ would take 5 seconds to re-clean a spoon the same time it takes to loose a customer

I do all my grocery shopping at this store every week.they allways have good specials on..and there prices keep me coming back..they also have a great and friendly team of staff that are allways helpfull..l will keep going back.great store.

Friendly customer service. Plenty of fresh produce. One of my favourite Coles to shop at

called for 10 minutes straight on 3 different phones and refused to pick up. went to the store to check their phones and they were in fact working. disgusting just ignoring the people calling
