7 years agoAlways like going for walks in this area. We saw ducks and two pukeko. Roxy always finds something interesting to sniff. It's a popular loop walk for taking your dog on. The plants around the stream banks are well maintained. The community has obviously put some love into the place.

a year agoWe visited as a Playcentre trip. Michaela was really easy to communicate and plan with. Our children had a great time helping put mulch around the plants and planting some new plants. Michaela was realistic about how long the children’s attention would last and we moved inside to enjoy coffees and the children played in the play area.

2 years agoRelaxed decor with inside and outside seating. The staff are both friendly and helpful. The food is great as is the coffee and cakes. The food is cooked with locally grown product and delish. They have their own garden outside the cafe and a store inside for purchases of product and other hand made items of clothing. Highly recommended.

2 years agoAmazing little community hub. The cafe has great food, decent coffee, and lots of toys and activities for the kids. There's also a community library, a little grocery, hand-sewn goods for sale, honey, beeswax and some other crafts. There's countless opportunities here to get involved by taking courses (sewing, gardening etc) and volunteering. As you might expect, it attracts lovely community-minded people.
