a month agoBased on what I’ve observed, the establishment appears disorganised and poorly maintained. I’ve also been made aware that the roses being sold may not rightfully belong to the current owner, as they were reportedly taken from the previous owners without any formal agreement in place

a month agoWe are so lucky to have the young owner of Cornerstone Roses carrying the local rose legacy of Tasman Bay Roses into the future. Most rose folk are lovely, but he is a step above! The winter 2024 roses I got did super their first summer and look to be preparing for some epic gorgeousness in 2025! Can’t wait to watch his catalog grow & visit sometime!

Cornerstone Roses is not associated with Tasman Bay Roses, and the current operator has no formal connection to the original owners ortheir respected legacy. There are serious concerns around how rose stock from Tasman Bay Roses ended up being sold through this business without any known agreement, which raises questions about ethics and legitimacy. In addition, the quality of the roses I received was poor, and the establishment itself appeared untidy, unprofessional, and disorganised - a far cry from the high standards customers once expected from Tasman Bay Roses. It's also quite suspicious that a positive review suddenly appeared right after a negative one, which doesn't inspire confidence in this business's practices. I would strongly recommend doing thorough research before supporting this business.

4 months agoNew location, and lots of working going in, but we've already been back a second time. More choice than I've ever seen elsewhere, and owner super helpful. What we bought last time has flowered spectacularly over the summer.

11 months agoJames has a great eye for detail and is very passionate and enthusiastic about what he does. His love for roses is shown in his knowledge of the flowers and that shines through in his work.. You can tell he loves his job and takes it very seriously. Definitely recommend!!
