Custom Care Nursing Ltd

As a former employee of custom care nursing I highly recommend coordinators Rachel and Lisa who have been absolutely amazing to work with. As a mother of 3 children I was met with many challenges around school holidays and these two coordinators made the pressure around those times much easier to bare. They are empathetic, understanding and great assets to custom care nursing. Their job is to juggle many clients, employees aswell as managing the regions they coordinate. They are prompt and get things done to make sure all clients are cared for. Highly recommend Rachel and Lisa they are amazing lady's and it was a pleasure to have you both as my coordinators.

I Kyrah Halidone am also a client of custom care due to my acc co-ordinator getting them for me.. iv been a client to them for a few years now.. for about the first year with them. The workers were good but the cumstom care co ordinator lady back then was difficult to get hold of & also difficult to their workers regarding what times/days/duties & hrs they were required to do here for n with me in Foxton. Due to my constant memory loss due to my accident iv had numerous caregivers over the years.. but I must & will say that Wendy Tautari/desiray(I don’t know her surname or if I even spelt her first name correct).. I’ve had a lady named (Tracey Barnett) I think her surname was & a lady named Jo, a Hinemoa Rudolph. And in my opinion all those lady’s were great & awesome to get n have.. My favorites of them all r Wendy Tautari & Hinemoa Rudolph.. they were & r very good/reliable/responsible/caring/fast & helpful custom care workers in th manawatu area.. so thumbs up guys and thank u custom care for giving me those specific helpers over the years.. My experience with Custom Care Nursing has been extremely frustrating. It took 3 weeks for them to come up with a regular schedule, and then the schedule changes every other day making it impossible for me to make plans. The workers are nice enough, and competent and caring, but the supervisor chops and changes shifts without notifying me.

Useless. Poorly organised and unreliable – still waiting for the carer who was supposed to arrive a week ago.

Unprofessional. They put patients at risk and do not care. If referred by a funder, ask for another service provider
