Easy Big Trees

We have used this company three times now - the issue we have is with the delivery of the trees after specific dates have been set up with them. On all three occasions the deliveries have been sent on random days and the freight driver has left the trees on the roadside. On the first two occasions luckily our neighbours noticed the trees and rang us; kindly transported them up to the house for us. So on this last occasion I spoke to Ryland and George about the delivery. Gave them a specific date saying we would NOT be there until the day concerned. I rang the week of delivery to again confirm the delivery date. The same problem happened- the trees were loaded onto the freight truck 5 days before delivery and dumped by the roadside. Hot weather, no rain. All five trees looked stressed, dry and in very bad shape. three willow trees are 90% dead. Pictures to follow on this review. I contacted Ryland by email who said that apparently one neighbour had offered " off his own back" to take the trees up to our house. Untrue. We spoke to this person and he did not offer this. George ( an employee) confirmed delivery of three replacement trees for us; delivery last Monday..... no trees were sent. Emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. The brand Easy big trees is not one we would advocate for its communication, unprofessional service and lack of interest in setting an issue right when the fault lies 100% with the company. Quality of trees is also questionable - that they look in such bad condition after 5 days leads to the conclusion that they may well have been stressed prior to freighting. Disappointing to say the very least. Can't recommend the company.

Easy Big Trees came highly recommended to me, but I was on a tight deadline to specify some trees, so I made a list of items from their website and asked them if they could produce a listing with images and pricing, emailed through the list at the end of the day, and the complete spreadsheet was there in the morning. Fantastic follow-up, good people, an easy recommendation. They know trees, and the range is superb, in all grades. Brilliant service

Wow, What a place.... We have visited Easy Big Trees 4 times and both George and Ryland have been fantastic. Every time we have visited the staff (including the admin team) have been friendly and helpful. I cannot speak highly enough of Easy Big Trees and their staff. Even if you aren't in the market for some trees, i would urge you to stop and have a look around, it is truly amazing.
