2 months agoI had the best customer service I’ve ever received in my life today at Farmers, Gisborne by a woman named Kiana (I hope that’s the correct name). She offered to find me clothes, picked out some great pieces that I wouldn’t normally even look at and gave her honest opinion when I tried them on. She filled me with confidence and made it an easy experience for someone like myself who doesn’t enjoy shopping. You are lucky to have such an amazing team member!

a year agoI get items from here all the time and have never had an issue before since today. One of the workers was watching me like a hawk and I felt extremely uncomfortable, all I was doing was looking and smelling the perfume, I went down and she went away I came back to the same spot and boom she was there again. I also was just looking around the other items in that section and she just came up to me and asked if I was going to buy the perfume, I said yes and she took it from my hands and just placed it on the counter when I wasn't even finished. Never in my life had I felt so uncomfortable and stereotyped it was highly off putting.

a year agoWorst Farmers store I've ever experienced. The women's and kids clothing sections are appalling, the lack of styles, sizes, fashion sense... It's so outdated clothing wise unless you're stuck in an 80"s time warp! I have walked in numerous times over the years and CANT SPEND MONEY, only thing I've purchased lately was a kettle and toaster!!! Come on Gizzy Farmers, update your selection of clothing

4 years agoI uses a $100 voucher and one of my purchases was faulty. I returned it for replacement but would you believe the replacement was faulty in a different way. The service I received in solving this issue was top notch. Nothing but good things to say about customer service
