a month agoI won't buy here again! I ordered $150 of coffee beans off their website, only to be called the next day and be told they had no stock and had not turned off that product in the website. He then tried hard to swap me to another product. I said no and please refund and he agreed. Another 24 hours I receive an email advising "You have received a refund - Total amount refunded: $150.00 NZD. It may take up to 10 days for this refund to appear in your account." In a country where it takes less than an hour to do online bank transfers, they want me to wait up to ten days to receive my own money back after they made the cock-up. Be careful not to be caught!
