a year agoChicken. Chicken. Chicken. I'm not sure why and how, but they've learnt how to make almost-perfect fried chicken. Apart from the taste, the portions are pretty impressive as well. They were also very, very reasonably priced, until they were forced to increase their prices (by just a tiny bit, mind you) recently. Apart from that, the staff here are superb. They're always friendly and chatty, which obviously doesn't affect the quality of goods they sell, but it sure does make the whole experience much, much nicer.

So many things that make it awesome - everything that you need incl fresh lovely fruit and veges ; can't think of anything Ive ever needed that they havent got; never have to go to the supermarket; every member of their team and consistently with every visit they are happy, genuinely engaged, welcoming, and conversational and smiling; the decor and layout is super nice and next level from previously. An absolute pleasure to go there.

2 years agoStaff is extremely extremely friend. The store that sells alcoholic beverages next door also has lovely staff. The variety is not much but it is a tiny store, needs to have special items for daily needs. If you need something quick or if you want to be greated with the smile in the morning, I recommend!

4 years agoI love this grocery shop! My local go to! Super fresh vegetables and top quality NZ meats and a good range of cheeses. An excellent selection of grocery items and frozen goods. Friendly, knowledgeable staff make shopping here a pleasure!
