4 months agogreat place to shop only downside is forever getting eye balled with harsh stares (thinking im stealing) once i arrived to the counter with food my card declined and the worker laughed and told me my card declined with the angriest look ( i understand you could be having a hard day but don't take it out on customers). I'm never going back (have been told by family members and friends that the same woman always treats them the same) (the white man and the indian woman on the counters are amazing though!) edit: another time i went in and went to pay my stores with my winz payment card and the same woman looked at me with absolute disgust and turned into a different person as soon as i pulled up out my winz card to pay

7 months agoWall of theft persons is disgusting and ridiculous. The Fiji - Indian lady that is in standard clothing and works by the lotto area. Constantly ignores customers to eye-ball potential thieves ( most of which are Maori I’ve noticed ). She also pays no attention to customers when other staff are needing assistance. This store feels slummy.

2 years agoThis shop has great customer service. With a variety of groceries to chose from prices competitive who can ask for more? Don't understand why we have teens burgle the place.
