7 months agoA very friendly place with cheap drinks :) but the chips are too soft sometimes, and these ladies - Maureen and Delwin I think their names are - can be a bit mean sometimes... But other than that, it's a lovely little shop. Definitely recommend the cookies there!!

a year agoLove this place. The staff are brilliant especially Edita! She's wonderful. Hamish and Hannah the owners are fantastic too! They have a totally gorgeous little baby who Hamish loves to show off to the locals. Aww so cute! Thanks Hamish, Hannah and Edita!

a year agoThe staff here are always really friendly and helpful. The cheapest Live+ drinks in Mangawhai even without deals and the hot pork riblet rolls are so good. While it's not the overall cheapest its makes up for it with convenience, the hot food cabinet and the staff.

2 years agoI was pleasantly surprised at the range of products they stored, and found the staff to be very friendly. They had things like some vegan chicken products, and a specific brand of oat milk I was looking for. Very friendly lady at the self checkout assisting.

8 years agoBeing a local and using this 4square for over 30 years am disappointed on the staff and customer service in this shop. Rarely a hello or a thank you from staff, they are almost robotic. Yet the holiday makers seem to be treated a lot better. It's the locals that support your business through out the quieter periods. I will take my business to the village 4sqaure as they are so friendly. I do however like the new changes and better food selection that the new owner has done.
