3 months agoFrankton fresh shop always have everything I am looking for in this store , the customer service level does not bother me so much .I can see the hard work that goes into keeping the shop fully supplied with fresh produce which is usually what I’m after for cooking dinner and fruit for kids.That to me is more important, Love the layout of the shop what I’m after is 98% most of the time right there next to the entrance e.g : eggs ,bread ,milk .etc genius. Keep up the hard work

3 weeks agoWorst experience shopping. They don't want to assist politely. One of the ladies at the counter was really rude upon a question for showing where a certain item is. Very rude response to that. Never coming back to this store again.

6 months agoI recently visited Frankton Fresh and the service I received was poor, no one wants to help and keep customers waiting, The staff don't be responsive and just give excuses, most of items are expensive, Worst experience. I wouldn’t

6 months agoI called nearly 10 times someone is answering and not saying anything…..I’m leaving far away and I was calling to ask if you people have mango skin powder. I’m not happy with the service.
