If you shop here, avoid the checkout lady Carolyn at all costs. I have never been treated so rudely and disrespectfully in my life. She is a nasty nasty lady, fresh choice would do well to let her go. I am getting in touch with head office about her total lack of respect to younger customers. Perhaps she should be moved to a non customer facing role if she can’t be a decent human being. I am so appalled. On the other hand a huge shout out to Louise she’s an absolute superstar!!!

Today I had a disappointing experience in this store as one of the self-service checkouts was not functioning properly, which I had never used before, and for the first time in my life, I was falsely accused of not paying for the items I purchased despite being an honest customer with receipts in hand and having verified the transactions on my bank account. Unfortunately, the OLD LADY staff member at Fresh Choice Cambridge Leamington did not offer an apology nor did she call her manager to resolve the false accusations, which may have been motivated by racism given my Asian background. She failed to perform her duties properly, leading to the unfounded accusations without verifying the identity of the individual. Fortunately, I had evidence to support my case in the event that I would need to escalate the matter.

Very well stocked store. Not very big but an excellent range. Plenty of parking but gets extremely busy at times. Prices are OK. Could not fault the quality of the products either. Well worth a visit. Conveniently located and very accessible.

Overcrowded aisles, staff who can't smile seemingly. But we'll stocked shelves all the same. And parking isn't too bad either. Just OK.

Always such fresh quality offerings. Exceptional and well priced.
