2 months agoWorst shopping experience ever!! Me and my partner went to buy ONE! box of alcoholic lemonade and some crisps. We were both 100% sober and minding our own business, when at the checkout, the lady literally accused us of being part of a random group that we had never seen before and hence denied us our purchase. She was astonishingly rude about it saying how she saw us walk in together (wrong place, wrong time) and refused to elaborate or take our side of the story but then she literally locked eyes with me as my partner and I drove off (surprise, surprise, just the two of us in the car, headed in a completely different direction to that random group of emo teens who took off on foot.) Saturday night ruined. Thanks for NOT checking the security cameras (makes me as a young woman feel SUPER safe btw) and blatantly accusing innocent people. Way to disgruntle and lose once loyal customers, Fresh Choice 😉 Good job guys! New world all the way.

4 months agoHasn’t updated opening times online as a result we drove 20 mins to find it closed. So annoying. In the 3 mins we were there at least 6 others turned up for closed doors, so weren’t the only ones.

7 years agoDefinitely a superior supermarket. It is the first time I have come across supermarket sings in English and Maori. As for the chocolate selection.......wow, more choices than Swiss airport shop.
