8 months agoThe staff there overpacked my bag, it broke as soon as I picked it up. Asked for a replacement and was charged 60¢ for it. I hope the 60¢ was worth it because you won't be getting any more money out of me or my household ever again. It's just not on.

a year agoDesperate to buy some eggs on the 30th March. Supervalue had one carton left with a cracked egg. I decided to go ahead and get them. Discovered when I got home the eggs were best before 28 February!! All floaters so had to throw them away. Supervalue best to check OLD stock. Customers check Expiry dates.

5 years agoUsually the young guys that serve at the front counter are very helpful and friendly but on occasion there is an older woman (owner) who serves. She can be quite rude and unfriendly like she doesn't want to be there. On these occasions I smile at her and say hello but get snobbed and she turns her head away. Then when leaving I say thank you again and she doesn't even look at me? Other than this odd customer service, the shop is clean and generally well stocked with decent prices and a good variety.
