7 months agoYoung girl at the counter wasn't nice at all. Woman before me (who was elderly) asked for directions, and she gave them to another area. Our CEO (who used to work for a rep for Proctor and Gamble) went in, bought some products for his (now) customer, was treated rudely, and when asked the best route re Cambridge, she mocked him. This has happened more than once here! We've taken note of this, as it seems a theme in the Waikato with horse people, and cognitive dissonance, or perhaps poor customer service skills in general Establishing here from Auckland, wellmake sure others don't have the same ill fate, re atrocious customer service in the Waikato!
