3 months agoWas shocked when I visited with my young family a few months ago, the area was untidy and ill kept, vagrants were clearly living there. There was a car parked on the lawn out front of this building with someone slumped at the wheel. Not somewhere I’ll return or recommend as a tourist.

2 years agoA historical building first built in 1899, located within the Government Garden. Note that there is no public access to enter the building, although you are free to visit around the house. It has a beautiful small garden in front of it.
