Everything is fresh and I noticed she works to a pattern so nothing is left undone. Thank you Geneva for such brilliant service. Asked if anything else I needed before departing 👍

2 years agoThis is the most irresponsible appalling company who are funded to provide support to our loved ones. They have no duty of care and are in breach of the Code of Rights daily. They leave an 81-year-old lady who has a broken hip and a brain tumour unsupported for hours. We never know from day to day whether Mum will receive support. They do not communicate, I phone and phone and am told, "Oh the co-ordinator is not receiving calls at the moment"? or They will call back and don't - really? On speaking with the odd support worker who does show, I asked how she knows what supports are required? She responded with - "Oh you probably already know the communication is bad? I asked if she knows what is in the support plan, she replied No, we don't see that. I am actively looking for another organisation to support my Mum, I have no idea why Whangarei Hospital would choose Geneva as their 'preferred' provider!

5 years agoFirst day with Geneva and have not had our career turn up for both times. Client had to wash themselves. Was told that careers are to busy when I phoned them. There has been no follow up or phone calls to tell of delays or changes. Very disappointed.

3 years agoJust cancelled my home help, if workers decide to turn up, they don't do there full hours given and complain about what is allowed to be done. My 8 year old could vac better. Total waste of your time. Definitely would not recommend this company

6 years agothe most unfriendly office staff who dont know what each other are doing caregivers not being rostered 2 turning up again this morning trying to figure what going on ring up 11th in line what a joke but thats what you get when up take the time to look up the management structure its just another cussy job for retired politicians
